This soup is actually a staple in my residence. We go to the Vietnamese market place (IN INDIANA!) on Friday afternoon after they get their truck and we have the ability to obtain the fresh galangal, lemongrass, makrut lime leaves, Thai chilis, oyster mushrooms and total shrimp. The remainder are staples in our house. I have never improved the reci
